Julia exceeded are expectations for representation for home buying. She was prompt in returning calls, punctual to meet for walk throughs, informative on everything we needed or wanted to know in process of home searching and consideration. Also she was very quick to inquire and represent us in making offers and negotiating. She was bold and professional.

Julia is amazing. She finds the right properties, negotiates a fantastic deal and stays very active making sure the purchase closes. She works very hard and will do whatever is necessary to help her clients get the loan completed and move into their new home. Julia is a real gem.
